Birthday Parties at Emma’s Art Studio
Celebrate your child’s special day with a creative, joy-filled art party at Emma’s Art Studio! Each 1-hour art session features engaging instruction from one of our experienced art educators, high-quality materials, and a personalized project designed around your party theme. Every child will receive create a beautiful take-home artwork, and make a small keepsake for the birthday child.
Parties hosted at the studio include use of the space for up to 2 hours, allowing time for decorating, art, cake, and games after the main activity.

- At Your Home: $475 for up to 18 children
- At Emma’s Art Studio: $675 for up to 24 children

Birthday Party Options:
- Mosaics: Unleash your inner artist as you delve into the mesmerizing world of mosaics! Each child will receive an 8×8 inch tile to transform into a masterpiece using a mix of materials. With grout and guidance from Miss Emma, they’ll carefully place each piece to create intricate designs, resulting in stunning mosaic artwork! (Recommended Ages 4-8)
- Miniature House Makers: Step into the world of imagination and architecture as you design and decorate your very own miniature house! Using paint and mixed-media details, each child will create a charming tiny home complete with unique decorations and personality. Young artists will select an animal figurine to live in the house and take home a one-of-a-kind creation to cherish forever. (Recommended Ages 5-10)
- Mini Animal Treasure Boxes: Create a tiny treasure chest with a miniature friend inside! Party guests will sculpt their own miniature animal figure from air-dry clay, adding personality and tiny details. Then, each artist will decorate a small treasure box to create the perfect little home for their animal. Kids can paint, collage, and embellish their boxes before tucking their handmade animal inside. At the end of the party, everyone takes home their own miniature sculpture and decorated keepsake box. (Ages 6-9)
- Jewelry Making: Enter your jewelry-making era with beads, colors, and creativity! Each guest will have a blast creating their own unique bracelets using a variety of materials, including Heishi beads, letter beads, and paracord weaving. With Miss Emma’s expert guidance, everyone will craft multiple stunning accessories to take home and cherish. (Recommended Ages 8-12)
- Comics with Emma: After sculpting some character inspirations, guests will start their very own comic books! Guided and encouraged along the way, artists will create vibrant and expressive covers and then begin their first page or two of story panels in their unique comic cook. After having fun drawing and coloring, everyone leaves with a spiral bound book with protective plastic covers and extra pages to keep creating past the party. (Recommended Ages 8-12)
- Guided Painting: Let your imagination run wild with our guided canvas painting party! Under Miss Emma’s expert tutelage, budding artists will create vibrant and dynamic tempera paint marvels on canvas. Explore color, shape, and line as you unleash your creativity and produce one-of-a-kind masterpieces to adorn your walls. (Recommended Ages 10-15)
- Printmaking Masters: Learn a new art technique with Miss Emma. In this unique party, you will learn all of the steps of block printing, from carving to rolling on ink! Each artist will take home a rubber printing block and several signed and numbered high-quality prints! (Recommended Ages 10-15)

Our art parties are about 90-minutes, with setup and breakdown time before and after, and typically follow this schedule:
– 30 min prior to party start time: Family arrival and setup
– First 10-15 minutes: Guests arrive and kids do warm-up activity
– Next 45-60 minutes: Main Art Activity
– Next 20-30 minutes: Cake, food, and celebration
– Final 5-10 min: Favor distribution, and guest departure
– 20–30 minutes for cleanup and studio reset
When you book a party, you will select which art activity you would like, and we need a final guest headcount no later than 10 days before the party, so that we can have adequate supplies ready.
